Kevin was ok but did not complete the job. He forgot to install the cover to the door hinge. Please send him back to complete the job.

Relatively good
Sears scheduling system is terrible. On the day of our service call, we received a phone call saying the service call was tomorrow. Albert did the best he could but he receives no historical information so relies on me for information. Repair of the dishwasher took 5 months and we still do not know if it works. This is totally unacceptable.

Washer lock repair
Although the frozen lock was repaired, I was disappointed the tech had not checked washer for other possible malfunctions. My past experience with experienced techs has shown this to be standard procedure. The lock on this model has been a continuous issue and this time I was not clear whether there were other issues. The lid lock functions, but the thoroughness of the service was not satisfactory. Any repair on an appliance should be followed by running the machines to confirm they are in full operation. Anyone disagree?

Revised opinion
Kevin seemed great on the initial visit, but now that we need a simple piece of information to give to the manufacturer in order to make use of the warranty he won't respond to us. Very angry, to say the least. We've been without a fridge for almost a week Karen Cooper

Recall Oven Repair Job
Poor experience. First time Eric showed up saying I cannot fix your oven today after I waited all day. Explain to him that I already waited 30 days after purchasing a new warranty through Albert. Another repair man was very helpful. All service had to do was complain about Albert wasn't supposed to, sell me the warranty. Then he shows up the second time without the parts without a helper only had to do was complain about Albert and complain about his own boss. Then I remarked that if he can't fix the job, I need to move on because again I waited hours for him and I am 30 miles out of town and told him why didn't he text the information that he could not do the job today? Why did he lead me onto be there if he knew he couldn't do the job Again, all he could do was complain about Albert and his own boss. This is a recall job. It is known that this job requires two repair men. Why are we having problems getting two repairman to correct the broken part?
