Super job by tech.
Super job by tech, mediocre service/communications. First scheduled service, no calls, no service. Second service, the technician showed up but no appointment had been made. Still, excellent job by tech.

I liked Gary very much but I'm pretty sure it wasn't fixed. Very disappointed in Sears services. I can't believe they can't go above and beyond like they used to. I was told he couldn't do anything about the airflow but wouldn't even pull out the machine to check the flow.

On going washer problem.
The service was real good, arrived when notified, polite and courteous, performed the replacement, however, after the tech left, a load of 4 bath towels and 1 hand towel was put thru wash cycle with the same problem resulting.

I WANT A REPLACEMENT DISHWASHER!!!
Attentive, listended to my complaints, been here before, but he and 5 others have not been able to fix my dishwasher. I refused to have the new door panel replaced that was scratched by the previous technician. He discussed with his supervisor, and both agree that our dishwasher should be replaced.

Fast and efficient
This is one busy guy. But he gets here when he can, he works fast and works efficiently. He may not have the experience of some of his "elders," but Kekoa is not intimidated and gets it figured out.

Washing machine miseries, since Feb 2024
Technician fixed the washer! Finally ! BUT, now the front panel will not stay closed! Thank you 🙁

Eric, polite, friendly and professional in demeanor. He fixed part of the problem with my refrigerator but after he left, the refrigerator connector has developed a very small leak. Unfortunately, Eric did not have that part but mentioned that that might turn out to be problematic in the future. I will look online to see if I can order the part on my own.
