He did not introduce himself; no name, no eye contact with the woman of the house spoke only to husband when spoken to. Basically; a crouch. Dog barked at him because of his demeanor; Not friendly!

Washer still not working

Still Problems
washer still has problems. Now it leaks and gets error messages

Not satisfied with Maintenance
I scheduled an appt. for Maintenance on two refrigerators and dishwasher. Worker pressed some buttons on the dishwasher and that was it. On the refrigerators, he checked the temperature and wiped around the rubber seals, that's it. In fact,all he bought into the house to work was pieces of paper towel and multi-surface cleaner. Wasn't sure, but is that the usual maintenance check? Worker spent more time on his phone than actually doing anything. I gather he was documenting the appt. I did sign off because I'm not sure what the maintenance check included. I felt like nothing was done. I was very unhappy with the service. Is this the new maintenance check? Would like to have someone else do the work.

Washer
This is the same technician who came to our home to check the washer, stove and the dryer and he also Charged me a 50.00 for a dryer clean that I Did Not Scheduled, I Scheduled a dryer Belt check, knowing I Have a Master Protection Plan. The day of the washer part's to be replaced Albert asked my husband what was wrong with the washer???? This individual has Bad Business. Still waiting for my refund!

Refrigerator repair
Our refrigerator is still not working. Gary came and did some work on it and told us that it was fixed and left. We are not happy with the service that was provided and are still without a refrigerator.
