* ZERO STARS * AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I took the morning off of work to be here for my appt. (time 8AM - 12PM). No call the night before (was required). No call 30 minutes before the appointment. Tried to chat with the Bot. Bot couldn't 'assist' me because they did not have record of my phone number (it's on my home warranty policy). I get an update on the Sears Home Service site that 'the technician has arrived'. They did not! I tried Live Chatting...calling the number of the contractor...and even called the Sears Home Services phone number. COULD...NOT...BE...HELPED. No option to talk to a human (because none of them recognized my phone number -- my ONLY phone number). I then had to finally reach out to FIRST AMERICAN HOME WARRANTY and explain everything to them. I come to find out...Sears does NOT even service my SHARP microwave. Why did I only find out about now??? AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! What happened to the Sears Customer Service we used to know and love?

Not experience with Lawrence
I had a Sears technician come out to service my craftsman lawnmower to put mulching blades & a belt replacement well he put regular blades & a used belt & charged me for what he didn't put on once I found out about it I was very disappointed in his service for him to ever think I wouldn't have known the difference.

Cancellations, appointment times changes
Unable to tal to a humane, automatic phone service not helpful. Confirmed appointment emails are useless. Cancelled appointments, Last appointment confirmed 9:00am- kept changing all day long. Service person dud not show until after 4. He stated that's the reason they say 8-5:00. So confirmed appointment mean nothing. I was so up set I meat to show him To cracked shelves that need to be replaced. I just need ordered. Thank god I can install.

Dishwasher
This is the second technician I have had out for this dishwasher this month. He left said it was working. I ran the dishwasher that night and it was still broken. When I call, I can never speak to an actual live human. I had to use the automated system to schedule another appointment. I have to wait another week for another technician to come out and attempt to fix the dishwasher. There should be live representatives that I can speak to to explain that these are not new appointments I'm scheduling they are for the same repair.

Never showed up
Sears deserves a negative 5 stars, took the entire day off work for no one to show up. No call, no show, can't get through to Sears on the phone, if you call the automated system, they just hang up on you. Worst Company Ever!

I would give your tech a zero, if I could.
Your tech was the worse one that have ever been at my home. He didn't want to do the work. He lied about my have rode a in my home, it is not true. I have contacted the pest exterminator company that I had and all of them said that they have never found any rode a in my home. I have constantly had my home serviced by an extermintor companies. Plus he left my dishwasher where it can cause me to trip and fall. I had to go outside and ask him to come back and do what he needed to do to make it safe for me. I told him that he just can not leave the dishwasher like that. Then he came back inside and used a tape that did not work, then he asked me to put something against the dishwasher to hold it in place. He was very unprofessional, asking me to put something again it, which could cause me to fall and injury myself. At my age I can easily fall and I told him that, but he did not care. If sears doesn't do something this accident about to happen, then I will have to file a lawsuit against Sears. Choice warranty needs to make sure that sears does what they need to do to make sure that I am safe. That is the least that they can do.
