Microwave -Home Warranty work
Been out 3 times. Ordered doors twice. Now says it has to be replaced. Been over a month

1319 McIntosh Road Refrigerator
Unfortunately, after the service was provided, we had water to leak everywhere. We attempted to reach him as soon as we used the water dispenser and found the leak.

Unhappy customer
All was well after the service. However I am in the middle of mowing My lawn and the mower dies and Will not restart so here i am stuck in the middle of a five acre lawn with a tractor that Will not start. I need a tow truck. Not a happy customer.

Dissatisfied customer
Very,very dissatisfied. The icemaker was replace on 8/22. ,no ice not even a sound., the water/ice dispense faceplate very loose.. my wall was damage, I was told by the Technician that he put in a work order to repair it that haven't taken place. Which I didn't believe because he signed my name on his paperwork and didn't ask me for my signature. At this point I am asking for a experience Technician to service my refrigerator. .. thanks.

Not fixed yet!
My appliance still is not fixed after several visit from sears. I wish they would just get it right!!!! Still have no water and very little ice. This has been a issue since purchasing July 2024.

Call Ahead
Clevens wasn't to friendly on his call ahead to the house . I felt like time was wasted also because my issue wasn't resolved by Clevens . It really sound like Clevens wasnt experienced in my particular problem and that's ok before he left he apologized! Clevens made me feel as though I was an experienced technician in his field of expertise that would have been able to explain full detail as if I could troubleshoot for him my issue ! I'm just a customer looking for Clevens to work on my issue and leave me the customer satisfied unfortunately that didn't happen ! Perhaps some additional training for Clevens may help him with future customers!
