Waste of a service call!
Technician did nothing! Got upset when I questioned him about my unit like I'm not supposed to ask questions.

Kevin was very rude to my son and his wife stayed less than 10 minutes said it was electrical problem on a/c need to call a electrician. Very dissatisfied.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Air Conditioning Technician Serv
To begin with, the technician seemed uninterested and unprepared from the moment he arrived. I explained that I wasn't sure which unit was malfunctioning, yet he insisted on service the unit that was already working perfectly fine. This led to unnecessary wasted time and only added to my frustration. Even worse, despite my repeated attempts to redirect his attention to the faulty unit that were not working , he continued to focus on the functioning unit. When I confronted him about his lack of attention and understanding of the broken units, his attitude turned dismissive and unhelpful. He failed to exhibit any professionalism or willingness to address the actual issue at hand.

Air conditioner repair
Was not equipped/ trained /qualified to repair my air conditioner, after waiting 20 days for air services during the HOTTEST DAYS of the year I'm mortified with u're repair service. Never Again !!!
