Visit for freezer/ice maker repair
Repair person was prompt; however this refigerator/freezer is not operating properly and never has since purchase...really disappointing to have a flawed item since purchase and then to be charged ridiculous amounts for parts and repair for a defective product...ice maker barely making ice and freezer is not working well...ice cream still soft...2 year old refrigerator acting like a 12+ year old

Awesome technicians
They did a great job. Professional and courteous. Negative thing I have to say is they came in really late - 5:30pm, I was home all day and couldn't go out and I get that they had other jobs lined out and there's no way of knowing how long each one was going to take, aside that I loved their service.

Service on Side by Side Refrigerator
Benjamin did a good job on repairing the refrigerator however had to call back for service on July 5, 2023. Refrigerator out again, the temperature setting goes from 6 which Benjamin set. July 4 temperature dropped to 4. Called again, the Parts team would research for part. No call from Sears to update me on the service. Text Ben and explained the situation he advise to call again. Call July 31 asked to call Benefit Administration. I advised that several call had gone out. The representative sent a email to Recovery Team for they need to make the decision to replace. Mentioned that I never received checks for spoilage, representative check and India stated to checks were sent, we never received check. India she would inform the team for investigation and someone would call me. As of today no call from Sears. I st the refrigerator at 6 within 6 to 8 hours it drops to 4. No ice and it leaks. What is the problem, I always purchased the Sears Master Protection Plan, what is going on?

Fridge repair
Benjamin was helpful. However, the fridge is not at its best. I put a small cup of water in the freezer yesterday around 6pm. 14 hours later, only the top of the water is frozen, the bottom is still liquid. I will reach out to AHS for a revisit.

Lawrence, the technician was very knowledgeable did a very good job inspected the garage door make sure all the bolts were tight check the actual motor cleaned it he was excellent. Need to hire more like him!

Rating of Service
Technician has visited my home 3 times to repair my Kitchen Aid stand-alone ice maker. He has replaced circuit board and water valve. It still does not make ice. Have asked Sears to schedule another visit.

Job got done
Less than a month ago the same company replaced the motor in my washer. Idk if they had to remove the bolt that holds the drum but I imagine they did. When the tech came today all he did was tighten the bokt which could have been due to the last repairman not tightening it back

Dishonest and unprofessional
The technician that arrived at our house today was less than acceptable. Firstly, he called to let me know that he would need to reschedule because his service light on the truck had just gone on and he would need to return the truck to the main location and reschedule. I let him know that I had rearranged my day to accommodate the 1 to 5 window and wondered if a different technician might be able to come out instead. he looked through something on his phone while we were talking and said that he could return his truck and get a new one and make it to my house within the hour so he came. 2. The technician was going to use a bulb on one of the replacement parts that had been ordered. I happened upon the laundry room and asked how that was going. And asked why he wasn't using the entire replacement part and indicated that the notes weren't clear. I walked him through what the previous technician had told me regarding why the laundry was getting caught and that the entire replacement part needed to be installed. He said thank you very much and that he would do it. 3. At 6:30, he came downstairs and let us know that he had to run to another appointment quickly and that the dryer was fixed. He bustled out the door. I went upstairs to check the dryer, and there was a loud banging sound when I turned it on. That was not present before, the "repair " Overall, this was a terrible experience. We've been waiting for over a week for the player to take place as well. I called customer service and they said they would provide someone as soon as possible, hopefully tomorrow come out and repair the repair work that just means that I have to spend my Saturday at home waiting for another repair man. This is a very disappointing experience with Sears. . "

2 visits, 2 separate orders, neither resolved, lots of $$
The technician was very nice and professional. But neither of the orders I had were resolved satisfactorily and I spent close to $500.00. In trying to pull the dishwasher out, the floor was deeply scratched (not related to the brackets on the original dishwasher not being installed properly). The new heating element was installed, he started the dishwasher on an hour-long was cycle and left before a successful test. It was not successful. The heating element still did not work, I had already been charged, the technician was already gone. Sooooo, where do I go from here? I'm at a loss for words.
