Over Service
Alex was great! The rest of the experience was terrible. Original service appt, canceled by Sears. Next appt a service person was sent thst was either not qualified or did not have correct equipment. Next appt canceled by Sears. Last appt finally Alex showed up hopefully fixed the oven. Alex was pleasant, and appeared to be qualified and able to fix the problem. Would not recommend Sears Home Service.

Quick efficient service
While I had plan to have someone else fix my washing machine they did not do well so I contacted Sears and they were convenient and reliable would definitely use them again

Samsung Ice Maker and freezer repair
Miguel is the ultimate craftsman! Not only is he a gentleman, he knows his craft! After having one person come and say he didn't know how to fix the ice maker, Miguel, knew immediately what to do, and ordered the necessary parts. Definitely a 5-Star review for Miguel. He had it fixed within 45 minutes after receiving the parts. Highly recommend him. He explains everything and allows you to ask questions. Awesome!!!

Isaiah was very informative explaining what has happened confirm it was out of my control there's nothing I could have done to prevent sometimes like a light bulb Parts die. I am beyond pleased with the results of the repair thankfully my imagination was a thousand times worse than what the issue actually was. Thank you so much

Service & wait time
Waited 7 hrs to show up Erek was great on repair but your system wait time Needs to be addressed. 1st time I had to wait this long! 9pm
