The first technician who came out neither fixed the issue nor took the time to disassemble anything or find the problem. He was in and out quickly. This technician (Shaquon) who came out today took the necessary time and hopefully fixed the issue. I am much more confident that he succeeded this time than I was with the other technician.

Xavier did a great job. This was his second visit as he had to wait for the part. He knew I was an early person that had to get work after he was done. He was here very close to 8 and took care of the job on a timely fashion. He let me ask questions during the repair and after that I had about my washer/dryer combo. Very helpful! The repair cost seemed a bit high to me but I know Sears stands behind there products and parts so…
