Mr. Austin always arrives within the block of appointment time given; and most often near the beginning of the appointment time. He comes in and start working and finish the job in a timely manner. He's professional and he does great work.

Unusual noises
Ricardo- Service provider was great! But, The day after repair I started hearing this loud whinny noises from my refrigerator like it's about to quit working. I called with concerns without any resolutions. I was told that the noise would be less within time. My refrigerator has never made sure loud noises. My concern is that the replacement part (compressor) is bad. And if it stops without me noticing I will lose food all over again. I'm not satisfied at all.
