Appt Canceled Twice
For the second time I've had an appt scheduled and then the morning of the Technician marked my appt as complete but never showed up to my house.

No communication, no results?
Alex visited my property and met with my tentant but never provided any information or diagnostics to me or Sears about the repair. I messaged and called him multiple times afterwards.

Review of Patrick not Benjamin.
The appointment was scheduled for me about nine days in advance with the technician. I was told between 8 AM and 5 PM. By 6 PM no one had shown up, called, texted or emailed. I wasted 10 hours of my day waiting for Patrick to show up and he never did. (And by the way, Sears has 6 1-800 numbers and none of them allow you to speak with a person ) And then I suddenly get a rescheduled appointment notice for another week from the original date. Choice home warranty notified Sears that the job was being reassigned but they sent the reschedule appointment anyway. Benjamin showed up today and I explained it to him that his visit was unnecessarily now. I won't use Sears ever again. I'm actually tempted to send them an invoice for the waste of my time. Thank you for showing up Benjamin, and please feel free to pass my message onto Patrick.

Kenmore refrigerator
The service was a RIP OFF. The administration of the service obviously was intended to cheat the customer. The customer should have been made aware of the ridiculous cost estimate of repair beforehand, after the service was fully aware of the type of problem. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he is working for a bad company.

Not Acceptable
I have been going back and forth with this company for 2+ yrs. I have a warranty on my furnace and have had it for many years, for the last 2+ years this company have been sending our repairs people to put bandaids on what is wrong. I'm always told I need a part to go on it but it's always a delay for months. I was then told I needed a new furnace they even sent out a supervisor to confirm this but still no new furnace. The weather is changing again and it will be cold soon but no heat. After 2+ years of having to use my gas stove and space heaters I'm tired of going back and forth. I am an 86 year old woman who would love to have an ending with this service. I am going to terminate my warranty and move on. I can't anymore. Sara Height

Highly doubt his skill and license
I live in a townhouse where my neighbor's HVAC condenser unit and my unit are placed side by side on the curb. It's extremely easy to find out who's owning which machine by looking at where the tubes are going. This technician came to my place wanting to add Freon to my unit but actually added it to my neighbors unit. When my tenant asked him to check both the 2nd floor and 3rd floor air blowing, he said they use different condensers and we needed to submit a different claim - which is completely incorrect. Of course my AC was not fixed and still isn't working. I highly doubt whether he is a licensed technician because of the non-sense he did. I'm extremely unhappy with this experience, not even to mention that I waited without AC for almost two weeks in extremely hot weather for this incompetent person to come out.
