The issue still not fixed.
The issue is still not fixed, I told him and tried explain him that he did the same thing when he previous came and he is doing the same thing again. He did not listen and he said I cleared the ICE and it will fix the issue, however I still see the refrigerator temperature still shows 60 degrees.

Nice guy No fix
The tech arrived 12 days after initial claim and did not have the materials to perform a simple fix.

thanks but no thanks
Its a waste of time, he took more time in pulling out and fixing the oven than doing the real work. he is more focused on getting paid, than fixing the issue.

This company is horrible
This service guy was okay - but his communication skills are not great and despite him coming out 3 times and ordering parts the issue was never resolved. We got tired of wasting our time. It was clear this company, A&E Services, had no way to, or real desire to want to, fix the problem. This company overall deserves 0 stars. They have no way to speak to a human and everything is automated, website and phone automation is very poorly designed and disconnects often. No way they email or chat either. Worst company!
