The technicians were polite, professional, efficient, as well as knowledgeable. The only thing is that my warranty is fix or replace with like kind. For whatever reason Sears does not allow technicians to install programmable thermostatsđ and that is what was removed âšď¸ so I received an inferior replacement âšď¸

Anthony replaced the Heating Element on a 22 year old dryer (good luck trying to find one these days that will last that long!). He also cleaned out the lint throughout the dryer. Arrived within the estimated appointment. Very courteous & detailed. He also helped identify a phone number to have the lint/vent duct work that leads outside the home cleaned out.
