Washing Machine Malfunction
On Monday, my washing machine stopped being able to go into a rinse and spin cycle. I called Sears and they were able to send somebody out today. Daniel was excellent, his knowledge was excellent. Very professional, was able to fix my washing machine and check my dryer in a very short period of time. Fantastic service I will use again if necessary!!!! Thank you Sears!!!

Daniel's Visit to fix our 'Rock and Roll" washing machine
Daniel was a pleasant man who work quickly and efficiently to fix our washer that was terribly out of balance. The whole room would shake with the washer went into a spin cycle. I think he spent all of 30 minutes to put this old washer back to like new condition. I am most pleased with him and his abilities!

When he got to know that we had got a damaged replacement part for my range hood oven he immediately took action to place an order for another part and fixed the new one after its arrival.
