Dryer Service Repair
Armando arrived pleasant and professional, and determined rather quickly that our magic chef dryer could not be repaired. He left to make a call to Assurion, , our warranty holder, and then endured the runaround from them on our behalf to prove that our dryer indeed, cannot be repaired. His professionalism allowed him to understand the problem within 10 minutes and Assurion wasted his professional time for over an hour , making him video his findings. After leaving , he even called us back to ensure we had his contact information in case Assurion still denied our claim. He was a marvel and we are truly grateful that he supported us during our claim. We are truly sorry, how much time he had to waste defending our need for a replacement dryer. Armando is our hero! Thank you thank you thank you!
