2145 Hallmark Dryer Repair
Very pleased with overall service. Made call for repair late Monday afternoon (11 November) and service technicians was here shortly after 8:00 AM on 12 November. He had to return to shop for needed part, but returned to install the part within approximately 45 minutes. Repair complete - appliance working now.

Dishwasher service
Serviceman was knowledgeable and professional. Your service scheduling is awful. Had to wait all day for an appointment that started at 8 AM, arrival 4:30 PM. You need to schedule at a minimum of 4 hours windows
