Rendel S visit to Tom E residence for dishwasher repair
Rendel was a courteous respectful repair guy. Nice and informative about his work he performed. The dishwasher went through a test run and worked fine (cleaning and drying). Rendel found that a safety device (heat detector?) had failed. He replaced it and the wiring harness. He said the safety device came with the wiring harness. He said he did not need to replace the circuit board. This circuit board was the part that took so long to show up. Wish the first repairman had found the failed device and the dishwasher would have been fixed a month earlier. Due to Rendel pulling out the whole dishwasher, the dishwasher front was not even with the counter top when reinstalled. Also I noticed the dishwasher door was harder to close particularly on right side. Other than that the dishwasher appears fine. If the door becomes a concern later (won't close or leaks) I will be contacting Sears. Thank you.

Please send a technician back out ASAP The technician replaced the compactor. That lasted about 30 minutes, and the fan started squealing and stopped again.

Outstanding service
David did an outstanding job. He explained that the problem was a bad circuit breaker 2 pole, 240 amp circuit breaker. I should receive a call letting me know when an electrician will come out to make that change.

So incredibly pleased with the service provided by Matthew. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He informed me of all the steps he was going to do. Took videos to better explain my issues. He did an incredible job of troubleshooting at every point. He was so professional, calling and texting at intervals prior to his arrival. He was friendly and he gained my trust in his opinion of my situation. I have had very few repair technicians that have impressed me as he did.
