Robert was very sharp in his knowledge and had a very polite and friendly manner. He was very helpful in giving advice about the service needed. Easy to work with and let me know ahead when he was coming .

Rendel was a very experienced technician in my opinion; he knew exactly what he was doing and didn't waste time looking into what was causing the noises in my refrigerator. Rendel told me what the problem was as he looked into the situation and what to try to remedy the problem if it started up again. If that didn't work, he assured me that Sears was there to help me. Once again, I felt that Rendel S. was truly a professional serviceman with a pleasant personality who cared about his customers and fixing their appliances. I also felt that he was deserving of five starts.

Don't Lose Your Cool!
Had my AC unit go out on the weekend. Fortunately, John was sent to work on the unit. He was able to troubleshoot and get the AC working again quickly. Courteous and professional, he was the epitome of service personnel who care.
