Daniel the technician
Daniel seemed to be knowledgeable about my problems with my clothes dryer. He just didn't place things back in the place where he found them and/or clean up before he left.

Quick fix, very helpful
Richard was great and very helpful! I do wish an estimate had been provided before they serviced the fridge. I'm not sure I would have paid that much for the repair if I'd know the cost, as it's an old fridge.

Didn't fix the problem
Nice guy, but the washer experienced the same problem on the first load. I am done dealing with this issue.

Good job for the most part
Only issue is that the technician arrived at 10:50am to fix a A/C that a service order was placed on the Friday prior. So we have been without A/C in Florida for 4 days. He exclaims" sorry but I have a meeting I forgot about ." The tech then proceeds to sit in his truck on a virtual meeting until 15mins past noon. He did manage to get the A/C fixed so we are grateful. I hate to write a report if it isn't singing praises, but if we are going to write about the good we should also document the mediocre and bad also. So I give three stars for a good job and mediocre customer service.

Prompt and accommodating
Daniel called when on the way; I told him what time I take lunch and he got here just when my lunch started. He couldn't replicate the issue though. Said I need an electrician to check out everything. Electrician thinks he found the problem. When the stove was hooked up the sears installer didn't remove the bridge. The bridge is only used when connecting a 3 prong. Mine is 4.

He was thorough but his presentation was a little off putting. He just didn't appear Friendly or customer service oriented. My technician was also supposed to come on Friday and I did not receive any communication until I received the reschedule date

Issues with scheduling and install
The first issue was a replacement part that was damaged in the mail. Second issue was a scheduling error that forced a rescheduling. Third issue was the installer claimed the cabinetry around the microwave prevented him from removing the microwave from the wall forcing another rescheduling, despite my son and I taking 5 minutes to remove the microwave. Finally, my son and I had to reinstall the microwave on the wall because the tech replaced the part and left.

Repair of a Maytag gas range.
The faulty gas valve on my smallest burner was successfully replaced, but the fine adjustment is not quite right. I need to be able to turn the flame down until it is nearly out. As it is, the flame is still too hot to put my Health Craft cooking pot on the lowest flame available.

Work on refrigeration
The service was the worst I've ever had the technician was not polite would not install the part cause he seen a cockroach, and when I moved to Florida exterminators said about the bugs welcome to Florida, so I guess he doesn't do much services here in the area because of the bugs if that's your policy, I guess I'm gonna close out my account because I've had people here before to service my appliances before I had you and no one has ever said that you have bugs and I'm not working on your house

Technician good, rest of Sears staff awful
There is a huge disconnect between repair personnel and customer service and scheduling personnel. I will not use Sears again
