PROPER SERVICE
Unlike the first repairman who didn't completely fix the issue, Eduardo not only fixed the issue, because he was skeptical of what the problem was, he ended up saving us over $280 in unnecessary repairs that would not have fixed anything. By double checking the initial repairman's work he was able to fix the problem and get the washer working immediately. While first repairman (Daniel) was more interested in selling a warranty than doing the proper work, Eduardo was more concerned with fixing the problem. Because of how Eduardo handled our problem, my faith in Sears was restored. If I ever have another appliance issue, I will specifically request Eduardo because I know it will get fixed correctly.

Daniel- Washer tech
The washer shut down suddenly for no apparent reason. It showed two codes. The tech appeared three days later. While he did not find a specific problem, he ran all the appropriate codes. Checked the balance of the tub. And made sure it was operational. We were very satisfied with Daniel. He was thorough and courteous.
