This technician,is one of your best. He comes in ask what is it doing or( not) and go's into his repair mode . Using his instruments and his years of knowledge to give a 10 out of 10 of what the problem is I am very glad and so should your company to have someone like Mr Daniel, on your staff. Thank you .
