Very nice and efficient. He was scheduled to be here no later than 5:00. But was running late. I don't think it was anything he could control. Probably overworked.

Repairs to microwave
It was good that he was honest and determined that the microwave was not repairable. It is unfortunate that the first technician did not inspect the unit thoroughly

Washer Repair
They did complete the job and the washer is working fine now. ** This would have been a 5-Star review ** The pump was not pumping water out of the washer. He did not use a small bucket to drain the water out. Instead, he opened the pedestal drawer and used towels to soak up the water. After he left, we found water in the drawer and under the washer pedestal. It ruined/destroyed several Tide Pods (which aren't cheap), and the other items in the drawer were wet and needed to be dried out.

Shane we saw twice and Daniel 2 times. Neither was able to work on my washer due to several damaged parts. They had to do paperwork every time to reorder parts. We had been sent 3 tubs since end of December that were all damaged. Looked like a forklift hit the tubs in same place each time. I was aggravated. Now I will have a mismatched set right when you come in back door. Thank you for replacing the washer. The Techs were great.

Kenmore gas stove
Stove burners no better, one was worse. Stove is old though. Daniel is personable and did his best but stove is no better than before his visit.
