I had a repairman (Daniel) came to my residence in reference to a problem with my Dryer and Washer (clothes). I had a previous repairman come in reference to the Dryer only, and the problem was not solved (stated the dryer was performing as it should). Daniel found the problems in both units and repaired same and advised me of another problem, which he could not do as he did not have the equipment to do it (cleaning the vent leading up and out on the roof. I was very impressed with his professional manner and knowledge. He is a credit to your service. I wish all repairmen were as good as this.
