Eduardo was quick and efficient, was satisfied by his work and knowledge.The only complaint I have it took over two weeks to get the dryer fixed which needed a heater switch. The technician got sick and we had to wait until he was well, which I understand. Why wasn't the job given to another technician so we could have the use of our dryer and not have to wait so long.

Advise please
The technician was great, except the kitchen is flooded bc the problem was not fixed. The ice maker is not freezing, spitting water and flooding the bottom of the freezer and kitchen floor.

Exceptional service AGAIN from Sears Repair
Daniel was my service representative today. He was very knowledgeable, and diagnosed my compactor's issues immediately AND resolved them. This my second request for Sears to come to my home and BOTH times I have been impressed with first the knowledge of the service representatives and secondly the politeness, and attentiveness. Thank you so much Sears for screening your employees to be the absolute best in their field. Know they do not upsell their services. Honesty, integrity, and fairness is truly expressed. Thank you Sears. AND thank you Daniel for leaving my compactor in great repair.
