Great technician
Stu has serviced our lawn mower several times in the past. I am always glad when I see him climb out of the van, knowing that he does his usual great job. He is knowledgeable, fast, and friendly!

Great service and customer oriented
Rich is competent and efficient, yet he will always take time to answer your questions. A&E's text messages and emails are sterile, non-personal, and generally ineffective from the customer point of view. Rich puts the personal back in customer service.
