Mr Abdelrahman has preformed this repair with knowledge and in a professional manor, but is hampered by a flawed system. One repairman should be responsible for the repair start to finish. Diagnostic, order required parts and installation.

Runaround
The same vendor was sent out twice. Very nice person, but his company does not do the type of work I need. Going to try to set an Appointment for the 3rd time. It takes several calls and transfers to reach the correct department.

Great personnel, bad logistics
Ned was very friendly and did all he could given the previous tech ordering parts. Problem was Sears getting the part delivered late delayed the service call. If I had ordered the part directly from Sears it would have been delivered a week earlier. Just in time logistics was not in time and a further inconvenience for customers. Also, Sears is unable to deal with high end Kitchen Aid refrigerators which are made for service by other than Kitchen Aid techs. Sears did all they could but without access to the proper tech information from Whirlpool they can only fix basic faults. Closed Freon system problems are beyond their capabilities. Wasted over 2 weeks and still no working refrigerator.
