dishwasher repair
Forrest was extremely helpful and professional. He ordered the correct parts and installed them quickly and efficiently. However, the service center is a different issue. They do not communicate well to their technicians which causes a lot of stress for them. My personal experience is this was my 3rd appointment to get Forrest out here. My 1st appointment, the center did not tell Forrest that I would not be home and he wasted a trip. 2nd appointment, the center canceled because they said the all parts were not in, which of course they were. When I chatted on-line to "Wilson", he said he put me back on the schedule and somebody would be out. After waiting half the day, I called and the center said that a tech was not scheduled to come out that day and that I had to re-schedule. Finally made my 3rd appointment which Forrest was able to come out and I was home. To repeat, Forrest was GREAT but the call center is deficient.

My rep, Abdul, aka Johnny, went above and beyond
Over the last 6 years that we've owned my Samsung dishwasher, it's has been broken more than it's been working. Since 2021, I've had at least six companies try to fix it. After asking Asurion why they kept closing the claim despite the dishwasher not functioning, they assigned Sears. Johnny was here twice for more than 3 hrs each talking with tech support, showing video, cleaning parts, and installing new parts, before Asurion finally declared that the appliance was not repairable. I can't say anything good about Asurion, which dragged out this repair for 11 weeks. But Sears has an absolute rock star in their technician, Johnny. I wish all service professionals were this thorough and dedicated!

Antonio was on a mission. Arrived, diagnosed and fixed the fridge. No drama, no sales up-charging, just "I'm here to fix your fridge". And that he did. Very polite and professional. Got the company's magnetic business card for future reference if needed for other appliances.
