Finally Washer is Repaired
We expected a technician to come to install a part in our washing machine two days ago. Finally, the technician came today--the third day. -I don't know if it was a communication problem that no one came when we expected. A. Adbelrahman came today, replaced the part, and cleaned up after his work. He also explained how to use our washer's settings. We were pleased with his service. He is very pleasant and an asset to your service department.
