Five stars for Tom but 2 stars for Sears Service.
Sears has become so centralized in the way they care for clients. We had to reschedule the repair four times. This was not Tom's fault. Tom was efficient and knew what he was doing as a tech. It's the crummy service and scheduling snafus Sears has to work on getting right.

Also Tom was with him. They were both wonderful. I just hope everything will work well. I waited THREE MONTHS for this repair which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
