The diagnostics event
Aaron was a gentleman, respectful and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our GE TopLoader washer. His knowledge and experience guided me to the right decision.

Bob was great
The problem I had when I first called in for service. They asked me for the serial number make and model of my dryer. Which I sent in. I was told if I did that the repair man would be able to bring the parts that I needed and fix it on the first trip. When the service man showed up the first time, he did not have any of that information. So he had to order the parts which he did when he was here and he also scheduled a return visit to install the parts. But he's never showed up for the appointment so I sat around for four hours waiting. I called in to let American home shield know and they rescheduled another appointment. I was given a four hour window and after 2 1/2 hours I got a text saying they had to reschedule again. So I had to sit around for another 2 1/2 hours. I thought maybe after that and the third appointment I might get serviced first that day, but did not waited another 2 1/2 hours for him to show up. Bob did show up and fix the problem. Bob was great. But he did have to listen to make a complain about a home shield Sears experience.The other upsetting part of the appointment was I kept getting emails and text asking me if I wanted to cancel my appointments, asking me if the job was completed yet. And the people that I talk to when I called in we're fine except I really had a hard time understanding them. Hopefully you can do something about your automated answering service because it's not great. Thanks. The job is complete. The dryer works and Bob was great.

Great service person
I was very pleased with Bobby's visit; he was frank about what the problem is/was. The washer is fine; the problem is with my overall drainage. I made an appt. with a local plumber to check out the main drainage from my house. Thank you, Margaret Love

Michael was fast and knowledgeable. He found not one but two lines that were old with hairline cracks and replaced them. He also offered to clean under the fridge for a reasonable additional fee which we accepted.
