Sal is experienced and knows what he is doing. He did a great job today. My only problem with Sears is that you can no longer speak with a human being when you have a question. Automation and technology are great to a point.

Service was great-got here early-checked out oven-found bad part-went to truck got new part-replaced part - checked operation-put oven back together- and was finished in an hour or less- after he left couldn't even tell he was here- he was also very polite and neat. Great job
