Dishwasher repair
Carlos was very good. My technician scheduled to fix my dishwasher never showed up. After several calls to Sears, I was finally able to talk to a live person. He contacted Carlos and had him come to my house. Finally, after 3 weeks of waiting, my dishwasher is fixed.
