The Extra Mile
Chris went the extra mile to preserve the great quality of customer service that Sears is reputed for. He offered a great-sounding home warranty package that, unfortunately, I don't currently need, and he also offered great tips for prolonging the use of my washer. Chris was a little behind schedule, but his service was well worth the wait. My first appointment was abruptly cancelled, and I had to wait several additional weeks for this appointment. I really appreciated his time and expertise. He is truly a one-of-a-kind service-oriented person and a dying breed of people who take customer service seriously! He deserves a bonus/an award for the extra mile!

Late but professional & thorough.
We had a 10-2 window for our dishwasher diagnostic. We did get updates on ETA, but technician came an hour or so after window ended. Anthony was professional and thorough. We decided against repairs. Thank you.
