Frustrated, Unhappy Customer
What is wrong with your Sears personnel? Keith never arrived! I received Txt verifying time of arrival from Sears service dept. but a No Show of a repairman. Frustrated, waited 6hrs! Concerning this; I've tried communicating with several Sears warranty/service Reps. My Calls were put on Long holds and hang-ups. Still nothing accomplished. No service repair man ever showed up at my residence on 8/26/24. No service repair as of yet, on my microwave. I Still need replacement of screws, also Deductible Waived as written by Dean -Warranty Dept.

5th tech, still broken machine.
This technician looked at the machine but did not do any labor. Told us to do medium sized loads (in our XL 5.5 cu machine) and less detergent. Said it was not his job to start a load to see if it cycles all the way through. I don't recommend Sears for repairs.

Terrible service; not fixed
This is the third time Sears has come out to try and fix my machine. He wouldn't call the warranty company to clarify terms and left without fixing my machine. I don't recommend Sears to repair your washing machine!!

Useless

Delayed and Poor service
This tech relayed inaccurate information when he submitted my repair. Resulting in me having to open another work order and wait 6 more days for another technician. I have a protection agreement in place and it was not honored.

No experience. Had no idea what to do
He didn't know the first thing about how to fix let alone diagnose the problem with my washing machine. He had to call another repair person to walk him through it via FaceTime and I ended up actually doing it and then helping him fill out the forms on his phone.

Poor Service
The technician was incompetent and lazy. He refused to clean the little pipe/tube below the washer which collects all kinds of sludge and stuff since the last annual maintenance. This is part of the annual maintenance that I pay for. I immediately asked him to leave since he did not want to do his job and I promptly reported him to Sears for the reasons stated above.

Awful Service
He refused to clean the pipe area below the washer because he said it was not his job. This was a first. In all my years with Sears this inexperienced and unprofessional technician refused to do his job. I immediately asked him to leave. I then reported this the awful incident to Sears.

Bev cooler
