Logan was very kind and very friendly. He had the dryer working in no time. I have one problem with the dryer. The barrel does not go around with clothes in it. I put one towel in and that seemed to work slightly, but it definitely appeared to struggle to tumble with a load. Can Logan come out and check this out? That would be great have a nice day Pamela.

Thorough and helpful
Logan arrived in a timely manner and quickly found what was wrong with the dryer. He was able to fix the problem and advise me on whether or not I should replace it. He also walked me through the payment process--it's over the phone now, rather than a handheld device. He was professional, yet friendly, too.
