Not satisfied
Really? I gave the guy a good review because he finally admitted that the refrigerator was not fixable and that he would put that in his report. Now I find out that he lied thru his teeth. He reported that he defrosted the ice maker line and fixed other things. He was here for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and told us not to call for a technician again because there was nothing they could do which hadn't already been done. We called the Benefits Administration team that told us what he reported and that there was nothing they could do. Benefits told us to call Sears Protection and make another appointment and ask for a senior tech.

Horrible worker
He charge me cash for repairs that were covered already. He made up a story that he needed to clean dryer otherwise it can cause a fire. Insisted in my paying cash because if I paid with credit card it would be more. With his work he did not diagnose the refrigerator he said it would be fix if I unplug it for 24 hrs. With the dryer he fixed the heating element but forgot to put in some parts back in the dryer. I called him back when I realized what he did he did show up back but refused to put the the parts back and told me to throw them away that it wasn't important. Now dryer makes a rattle a sound. With the washer he took a long time and the problem is still the same. He lied so much. His work was crappy I called me have to have someone else come out to fix his mistakes. I wasted multiple days waiting to have someone come out because of his mistakes. If I would have had a different worker come out and fix the problems right the first time I would not have had to take time off so many times and a headache. With all this he was not rude until the end when I confronted him about his work and charging me for what he was already getting paid to do. I am sure he has charged other customers as well and pocketed the money like he did with me. When I asked him for a receipt he said his machine wasn't working later I check my email and the receipt was submitted later that day and it did not have the charges I paid him in cash. I want my money back. I have a witness that saw everything and was here when I left to get the cash. If I could he would get 0 stars

Work done on microwave
Issue not resolved. Part replaced but wasn't tested. Tech should have taken more time and tested the device.

dissatisfied with the service
The technician replaced the fuse but never said why the fuse is blown. It's not the first time it's been replaced. It's obvious that there's a problem inside the microwave. I don't understand why they don't check it more thoroughly or wait for a short and bigger damage.

Range Oven
He turned the oven on it worked. I repeated what ha dbeen happening. HE said nothing was wrong and left. I turned the oven on to preheat as he was leaving, and sure enough it did not work. It came on and then shuts off. I don't have much confidence in his 'diagonistics'

Service
I waited all day. Technician showed up at 3:30. He damaged the washer outlet and had to replace that causing me to wait another 45 minutes. It was just a horrible experience.

Poor service
In the course of repairing my refrigerator, this repairman broke my icemaker in the freezer and now claims it was always broken. I have multiple text threads regarding this conversation. The icemaker works before he came, and now no longer produces ice. He continues to claim that it was broken already.

Nothing was fixed
1st of all the man showed up late but whatever it happens. Then all he did was turn the power off for the fridge then turned it back on to "reset" the computer then when the fridge turned back on he looked at the back n said it looks good. "Maybe somebody accidentally turned it off. He said compressor was working. He failed to check if it was getting cold wich it didn't he showed up the fridge showed 77° it said 68° when he left. I gave it time to make sure but nope didn't work I attempted to reach him to come back to fix it I've yet to get a reply keep in mind it is now thurs he came out tues. Food spoiled and I had to call home warranty company to schedule another appointment. Thanks for nothing and I will be seeking reimbursement for my spoiled groceries.
