Maytag oven repay
I was disappointed with his report. All he said was that the oven needed a part that is not available anymore.

Service call
Besides the technician missing the 8 to 12 , 4 hour window, with no updates, i finally receiveda text at 3 that he is on his way. When he did look at the stove he had to call another technician to ask questions. He finally determined the burner control knob was bad and replaced it. Now my stove is fully functional.

1st Sears Service Call Experience
I was completely satisfied with original service call and felt received good status update on the not working dryer. I chose to not repair and puchased a new dryer. 2nd problem requested was to replace cracked Washer lid. He suggested ordering the replacement lid for the Dryer, which was not available and a service person could return and install with no additional diagnostic fee. I had suggested that since I had requested the replacement in the initial repair call, I was looking to not paying an additional diagnostic fee. I expected the original fee plus their profit on the part would be accepted.

Stove Issue
My first experience with Sears Home Warranty and it was very poor. Maybe it wasn't the technician fault but rather the insurance fault that nothing got repaired despite being repairable.

Customer Service Not What I expected!
We were scheduled for 8-12pm service but received an email/text change to 1-5pm. The tracking system for the technician was helpful with the approximate time. He called at 5:03pm to say he was on his way. I stated that it was after 5pm and he asked if I wanted to cancel. There was no apology in missing the scheduled timeframe. The technician also used our kitchen towels to clean up the floor without permission. Our service was performed at 5:30pm and dishwasher was repaired. Overall, the service was not to my expectations.

Unfixed machine
A broken rim was installed and dirt not cleaned off it. Garbage was not removed. The old weight and large nail remained on my garage floor. Also not cleaned up was the waste plastic from the previous rim. The drum was very noisy when it ran and has been shedding plastic. .more service is needed. I was told machine was functional and did a load of laundry. Plastic in laundry and did not spin right to remove enough water.

Mohammad came here at 10.09 AM and left at 10.20AM .
Service man spent about 11 minutes sitting in front of dryer taking pictures of serial numbers. I explained what's going on " dryer is tuning loud and was making loud clicking sound. He turned on the dryer as the sound got louder he turned it off and said that's normal. He said no this receipt that the work was completed. I refused to sign and he sent me a receipt with fake signature . That is sure illegal. Forgery. I called first American and explained what happened and advised me they will get back to me in about 48 hours I also explained it wasn't Sears that came and it was come other company. The guy said if he has to come back I need to move the dryer in the center of the garage in case he got injured. I guess Sears also hires company that not bonded.I do have the time he came and the time he left on my ADT camera

Unprofessional
There weren't professional they were rushing. I was 10 minutes away. It was only 4:30. They couldn't even wait. I didn't get to get my refrigerator looked at or diagnostic.
