Capable but not talkative
Our technician changed the motor to our icemaker. He did a capable job, but didn't explain much even though we asked many questions. I.e., is there a warranty for work, what was wrong with the motor, etc. All we could get were 2-3 word answers. Also, he did clean up the work site partially. But he left the motor packing on the table, and towels and paper towels in the sink. This wasn't such a big problem, but other service people we've had in the house usually clean up more thoroughly. We like Sears Home Services and will continue to use it. Overall, we're satisfied. The ice maker is working now. We just wish Tajmohammad explained things a little more and cleaned up after himself.

Oven repair
The person that repaired the oven didn't know what the first person who diagnosed the problem had found. It would be better if the same person fid both

Refrigerator repair
I'm sure he did a solid job fixing our fridge, but unfortunately, he also left a decent mess of dirt, dust and loose pieces of materials on our floor, which we discovered later and cleaned up ourself. Would have been great for him to clean up after himself

Prompt service
Ronald came on time for the appointment. At first he had concerns how to get to the rooftop to access the unit. When I explained my issue with the A/C he immediately suggest he checked the thermostat first. And there he checked each vent. Then he thoroughly explained to me the delivery of cold or hot air that can be adjusted easily. Thank you.

Bosch dishwasher repair
This repairman was fine for the work, however I've been without my dishwasher since Dec 2023. This makes four trips and still doesn't WORK. Hopefully they can replace it with a new BOSCH Dishwasher.

Problem found not fixed
The heater in my dryer it seems cuts out before the cycle completes. They thought that it was because the dishwasher starts with cold water. All start with regular temp water. My water is not very cold. I require a dishwasher that works as they all do. .

Oven
My 23-year-old oven's start switch is working intermittently. Logan diagnosed the problem with the control board, which is no longer manufactured. He did not open the unit to see if corrosion, oil, or something else was causing the button to work intermittently.

Microwave display stoped working after the servic
Russell fixed one of the problems with the microwave- it heats food now. But , unfortunately, after immediately the repair the screen stopped working.
