Technician was great. He get 5 stars. I deducted a star for the administration portion. Originally set an appt with a company that can't repair Samsung fridges. Company told the warantee people but they never called us and scheduled an appointment with someone to fix it. Waited all day for a repair man that didn't show. Called warranted people again who tried to schedule me with the same people. I said no, then told me it would take a couple of days but someone would call and schedule an appointment. I'm waiting for a call that never came. They never called but sent an email. I don't check email daily maybe once a week. So all of a sudden got a man at my door I was not expecting. Good thing I was home. Repairman was a 5 stars but customer service is a 1 star.
