Drier
Johnny is a good repair guy . The problem is Sears scheduling service . My appointment was 8-12 . 10:15 I get a call that Johnny will try and be here before 12 . Then nothing until 1:25 that my repair guy is on his way . I cannot rate Johnny and not Sears . Johnny is good but Sears service is not .

Good but frustrating
Mark. The tech was great. Unfortunately after 3 cancellations (no shows) and having to empty our refrigerator and freezer 24 hrs in advance we were pretty skeptical that this would actually happen. Even so we booked 8 to 12 today and it was pushed to 3:30.

Didn't take Time to troubleshoot
He just said the compressor may be bad and the repair is over $1000 and will take time to fix it. No trouble shooting at all.

Dishwasher now has a leak
Ramon was very nice . Drained the dishwasher . Showed us how to tighten the filter . He said to run a cycle with 1cup vinegar . So did this but now the dishwasher leaks on the kitchen floor. Now what ? Plz call and come back . Laura Monninger

Sears washing machine service
1. Sears did not give me credit for diagnostic service. I originally thought I could buy a new washer that could not find one to match. Even though I contacted Sears Service the same day, I was not given credit for the diagnostic charge. 2. I have stacked washer dryer set. The repair person was unable to turn off the gas to the dryer behind the machines because the gas line was too short for them to pull out the machine far enough. However the plumber I had to hire was able to pull them out at a slight angle and turned off the gas without needing to turn it off outside at the main valve. This involved a delay of several days without a washer. 3. Sears did not tell me that their servicemen would not turn the gas to the dryer back on even though it is only a small switch at the floor of my kitchen. Nor were the willing to unstick or re-stack the two machines. I need to hire another tech to reconnect the gas line and restock the machine and push them back in place. Your service men were polite and eventually effective. I still cannot use my washer to see if it is restored because Sears servicemen could not restack my machines and turn back on the gas.

Poor service
The technician broke the part he was supposed to install, had to reorder and make a new appointment, he came back and installed the parts, and did not secured the agitator in my washer and it came off. Now I have a new problem!

the worst
Your company came to my house and did nothing. I told you that the outdoor air conditioner unit was on the roof, and that you would need a 30-foot ladder. Then two technicians came to my house and they did nothing. But you closed my claim. why? You didn't fix my air conditioner, so why did you close my claim? Why are you sending me a receipt and asking me to evaluate it? Are you crazy? Open my claim case right away and send a technician with a ladder to my house to repair my air conditioner.
