Mark is a good tech
The sears home master agreement is worthless I ave a failing AC unit and you will not get me a new one as promised or reimburse me for one so I will see you In the court of LAW with a contract Lawyer who I have retained. See you then and I guarantee this will end costing you 50X more then if you would just taken care of my AC unit..

No one showed up on Saturday
Nolan was great, but I'm providing a 1 star review for Sears Home Services because my appointment was originally scheduled for Saturday 8-12. I received several confirmations but I waited until 2pm and no one showed up. The status on the online portal did not update (technician was 3 stops away all day and the time just kept getting pushed back) and no one called me or notified me of what was going on. I tried calling the numbers on the website but they don't work.

Service Review
My schedule appointment is 420 pm and my tech came late at 6 pm . He did a diagnostic test on my washer and he said , " I did not found anything seriously wrong, except your load was unbalanced " I saw he only rotated and shook the tub and that was it . He also did some checking in his cell phone . I had extra service for the dryer cleaned and his work was fine . After he left I started using the washing machine and the problem was still the same . Tub was not draining and not spinning. I called his number and left him a voicemail. I rescheduled another service right away for service this September 21 . I hope I can get a discount for the next service appointment or send me a different technician. Thank you .

Dryer Repair
Lazy worst and zero customer skill. He did not even check what's wrong with my dryer and immediately said my dyer vent set up is the problem. I lived in this house for 25 years and when I bought the set of washer and dryer from Sears in 2011 I simply don't have any problem at all with my dryer till now.

Water Heater Leaking
I'm sorry I can't rate Juan because, nobody showed up for my appointment. Maybe in the future I'll rate the technician when they show up to fix or replace my water heater. In the meantime I'll wait until the technician comes over and decides what needs to be done. I need to resolve this matter soon. Thank You A . Anaya
