Address on 2 packages and Matthews work order was 5066 1/2 Sereno Dr. Our address is 5066 !!! No 1/2 ! HUGE !! Problem!!! His work was great 😊 He took care of the problem in a timely manner.. 5 stars for Matthew.

While the appointment was later than previously scheduled, the technician and phone operator reassured me the service would be completed in a timely manner as I had other appointments to attend to that day and needed this fixed asap. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything along the way. Problem was trouble-shooted and fixed quickly and efficiently with parts available. I wasn't shopping around for lowest price - I just wanted my washer fixed as any leaking water gives me high anxiety and can lead to water damage and mold issues. I'm testing my washer now, so far so good. Very happy with the service - full 5 stars!
