Nilesh did a great job of determining the cause of the noise in my dryer and pulling out the old motor and installing a new one. As it's an older machine, he had to improvise a bit to make the new part work with the old wiring.

No show for original appt
Glad tech showed up, however we had am appt for 9/10 from 8am to noon. No one called or showed up! I had to call Sears to find out what happened!! We we inconvenienced and disappointed with Sears. Have to think if we will continue services with them.

Washing machine call
Matthew was able to diagnose the problem, but unfortunately it is something only a plumber can fix and Sears doesn't have a plumbing department.

Johnny Q. Review
Although it took four visits to complete the replacement of a dryer part, Johnny was up-front and persistent. And because of his persistency, we finally got the part that was needed. LG was at fault as their part nos. remained the same but the actual replacement parts did not.

I was disappointed that techs did not connect and plug in washer to test if it is fixed and working or did not take old parts away and left for me to trash. So I am unsure if the washer is working.
