Washer Lid replaced
Mr. Nilesh was excellent, came at the time he said he would, left the area nice and clean, installed the fixture(lid to our washer) quickly and effectivly. Everything is working great now. We give him 5 Big Stars, Thank you!

Johnny was very nice and helpful.
The technicians we have had come to the house have been knowledgeable, helpful, and expedient. Very good. However, your phone system leaves much to be desired. We had a call telling us we needed to call a number to confirm the part had arrived in order to dispatch the technician. OK, we see the need for that. But when we called the number, we were on hold for almost an hour. NOT OK. There was no option to confirm this online on your website or via email/text. Since everything else (reminders, updates, other confirmations) was done via text or email it made no sense we had to call and wait for an hour on hold. No one has time for that. Other than that, our experience with your technicians and your online booking system has been great.

Replacing cooling unit
Even though I had to wait to the end of the day, Ovik was so nice and pleasant. He explained everything and his kind nature calmed my stressful day.
