Constantine was superb. Knowledgeable, thorough, personable and helpful. Setting up an appointment and having someone actually show up is more than a problem. Appointments are canceled after the fact, supervisors and dispatch, do not return calls when customer is promised to receive a call back. Appointments are not within the scheduled time. Appointments have to be rescheduled because they are canceled on the customer. I would never recommend Sear's appliances for this reason.

He got the job done.
My experience with A&E Factory Service has not been a pleasant one. Juan was professional and he got the job done! The service person before this visit left me without a washing machine and dryer for about a month. This is unacceptable since the dryer had no issue. I called and requested a return call from a supervisor with no response. I was very disappointed.
