Juan was very professional and very knowledgeable identifying the problem. Due to the age of the washer, he had to order the part which only took a few days to arrive. He returned when he said and replaced the worn out part in record time. He didn't waste a minute.

COMMUNICATION is key, and Sears does this best. Because we 'talk' before the visit, they had the right part in the truck. ON TIME, knowledgeable, fixed right. Home Service is a dying skill/service. That's why we appreciate SEARS so much.
