Thank God for Andrey
My overall review for Sears Appliance Repair is very poor. Andrey did a fantastic job. The dispatch office is so unorganized and completely unreachable. I had to make 6 calls today to get the parts that were ordered 2 weeks ago into the hands of my technician - way too much work on my end for a VERY expensive service. I'll never recommend this company and will actively be warning people to not deal with the headache - I hope your company makes the technicians' lives easier and figure out how to manage an office.

I appreciate the professionalism that Jose portrays. From the early call to prepare us for his arrival, to taking the time to explaining every detail of what he is doing and then what we should expect. He keeps the area clean and answers all my questions, no matter how petty they can be.
