Bruce's repair visit
Bruce was great. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, he had a hard time connecting with the Sears service. the Sears service number was the automated system and was difficult to reach a live person to explain that a certified GE repair person would need to come out and inspect the dishwasher. Sears repairs do not have laptops to install software updates for the computer programmed appliances.

This attempt to have dryer repaired lasted 2 weeks. Called Sunday was given appt mon, man came fixed. Dryer still did not work. Tues man came ordered 3 parts, 2 parts came Wed. I tried to call and get man to come sooner syd wed.nxt week. Ok. Then phone hung up on me. Got 3rd part ,tried to call phone hung up on me. We waited all day.for man to come on Wed never came. Tried to call several times kept getting hung up on. Finally my son used his phone and got thru made appt for Thurs. Man Finally came Hurrah!!Sears needs more live phone people we are seniors and do not have computer???? Help. M Armstrong.
