The technician was good but he was 2 hrs later than the service schedule window and no one notified me.

Thought he was rather rude! I had not gotton the message on
O my cell and was in the shower when he arrived. I heard the dog barking and grabbed a towel went to the door. And apologized but he was not very polite. He was done in less than 20 minute's AT 80 I would think you could hire someone with mannerd

Incomplete job
Very polite and professional. He had to unhook a water line to get the washer to work, and told me I had to replace a "Y" connector for the hot water to work in the deep sink. I know he is not a plumber , I think it should have been his responsibility.

Furnace & AC technician
Amir came at the right time to maintain my furnace and replace the thermostat. What I didn't understand is why have a warranty service if they charge a service fee & charge you for the parts & labor for their service.

OK, not exceptional
Later arrival than promised, but polite and neat. Couldn't find the intermittent problem. He wasn't able to/allowed to? take panel face off to check for loose connection. When questioned further about replacement part, he checked availability and said Sears couldn't get it. We had to request a model number to allow us to do a web search on our own.

William was wonderful.
William was great. However your service seems to be lacking. When he came out and replaced the ice maker it was not the end of the problem. Next he replaced the control board. That broke the refrigerator. I requested that he come back and put the old board in until we could get the new door. No dice. I talked to a supervisor no dice. So we have been without a fridge for 10 days. I had to go buy a freezer to keep the ice frozen so I could ice my husband's leg due to recent surgery. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS.

Very nice man , very competent & efficient. Only glitch is I left the check on the stove & he forgot to take it. Since I never got an invoice for anything, I don't know where to send the balance. Would like receipts for contract & parts.....1 star for accounting. Thank you, Patty Ferreira

Hvac check , possible leak
Amir listened to what I saw and he saw it as well said it was normal . Did not check any thing just in case . Then left total time 10 including his paper work. I am glad it is nothing bad.
