Ice maker still broken
3rd service call and fridge still isn't working properly. I have no faith in any repair!!

Great/ fast. We paid more for labor than necessary.
Our experience with online support was very poor. Sears reputation for online support/speaking to a human is gone. That's something Sears needs to fix. The diagnosis was well done, parts ordered, new appointment scheduled. That's when things fell apart. We were not notified that the new appt. Was cancelled even though we received the part. That's a whole day waiting. Today's fix was well done but very fast—We we were charged for labor that didn't match the time spent for the fix.

Dryer fix
The dryer it still does the same thing we turn it on after a couple minutes it stop heating

Just ok
Dan was very nice and got the job done quickly, however, he left a mess for me to clean up. I don't appreciate that at all. It should never be the customers mess to clean up.

Ice maker adjustment
I thought the final bill for an adjustment was way to high. Two hundred and 15 dollars. My husband had cleared all the ice out before he came . It was working when he showed up. He made a screw adjustment and I think it the bill was way too high

Wow is all I can say
From the moment he walked in the door he ranted and raved about what a terrible thing I did in buying a Samsung refrigerator. He went on and on and quite frankly it was very frustrating and uncomfortable. Even when I didn't engage he kept going.

Water filter issue
The technician put the water filter door back on. And we changed the water filter. The water and ice do not come out at all. This needs further repair.

Misdiagnosed ice maker then did not test the new ice maker
Not impressed. Had three visits to repair and replace the ice maker on my refrigerator. New ice maker was defective. Technician did not test the ice make before he left, still no ice. Look for another company to repair your appliance.

Washer leaking more than when I called in
The washer is leaking more than when I called into repair it I asked him why water in the tray that holds washer he said it is okay it is from part change … I should have tried w him here and I didn't I load to washed and all the soap and water came out rapidly I am reallly upset I need repaired I called and it moved to tomorrow Fri the 3 rd but the confirmation email said sat 4th I need Michael to come out NOT JAMES
