Dan is amazing!
Dan was just so polite, helpful and patient! First time around he explained the problem and what parts he'd need to order, even gave me some advice on inspecting the parts for damage during shipping so as to save an additional trip.. Fortunately for us, he was the one that came back to replace the part, after some rescheduling, and he did an amazing job! Gave me some pointers on what type of vent to replace our old dryer vent with, and pointed out several small potential problems that could easily be avoided with some TLC.
