The Best Man for the Job
Ray was intelligent, empathic and helpful. He put me at ease and rest immediately saying Sears can fix it all. He was The Best and I am The Luckiest. Someone less ethical would have sold me a bill of No Goods. I did not need a new refrigerate; and just coming home from a vacation to find a fridge that did not work, I assumed The Worst. It turned out for the best because of Ray. Thank you for my Kenmore!!!

Washing Machine repair
Dan has been a wonderful person to work with. He is thorough in his diagnostics of the issue and repair. Have had other techs come in to repair problems Dan solved. Has resolved issues with a simple fix that other techs recommended a new washer for. Have and will continue to recommend Sears Home Services for all appliance repairs.

Refrigerator repair
Was a pleasure to meet our repairman. Very polite, knowledgeable and throughout the repairs took his time explaining what he was doing and why.

Ice Machine replaced
William did fine The process is very flawed On Nov 6th William came out to evaluate the problem with the ice maker. He noted it would need to be replaced. You had all the info on that refrigerator, why wasn't a new one brought out at that service call? We received the part several days prior to the November 13 service date. I can't tell you how many emails we received for this visit and several questions on moving the service date up. These became very annoying. We knew the window for the service date was 8-5. Unlike the first visit we received there was no notice that they were on their way. Good thing we were home! Upon completion of the job I asked about the warranty. I was told 30 days! The last one I had replaced from you was 90 days. This makes me very skeptical of the quality of this product. As stated earlier we are disappointed in the process and the warranty of your product.

AC Repair
Technician was timely in overall repair. Spoke to the Technician when he called and let me know he was 25 minutes out. I did let him know that we were on vacation and had someone staying at the house. Told him that we'll let thm know that he's on the way. Would have been nice knowing what was wrong and how it was repaired by the Technician via text, call, or email. Was notified by the person staying at the house.
